All new Electronic communication equipment to be imported to the United Republic of Tanzania shall be declared by an Exporter. To do so, the Exporter will apply here .A file will be opened and a reference number will be sent to email address filled in the form.

Note: Importers will be required to upload a pro-forma invoice with details of electronic communication equipment to be imported and provide contact details of the exporter (Full Name, email address, Phone number) related to the expected importation to receive a quotation of applicable Eco levy fee invoice to be paid.

All Used Electronic communication equipment to be imported to the United Republic of Tanzania shall be declared by an Importer. To do so, the Importer will apply here.

After obtaining a reference number you can register for an account here and follow up on your request.

To make follow up on Eco levy Bill payment or invoice status an Exporter/importer will have to login their Tanzanite portal Account here and go to the bills tab to see status of their bills.
